Expunge a Felony in Michigan
Michigan lets you set aside up to three felony convictions. The waiting period is 5 years after the latest of sentencing, release from probation, or release from incarceration — 7 years if you have more than one felony. Life-maximum felonies, CSC 1st-3rd degree, terrorism, and child-abuse convictions cannot be expunged. Two eligible felonies may also clear automatically after 10 years.
